Instrumental: Beatroot – Falafel Funk

Portsmouth nine-piece funk band Beatroot released their debut single ‘Falafel Funk‘ a couple of weeks back. ‘Falafel Funk’ is a brass-lead piece of music which sits somewhere between funk and jazz, but also with a rock edge to it. It has its loud, chaotic moments, but also melodic moments of mellowness, then it erupts at the end with a heavier guitar solo that contrasts the track.
