News: Lineup Announced for First Online Interstellar Food Drive!

The lineup for the first ever online Interstellar Food Drive has just been announced and will feature some of the best in upcoming, new bands performing live on 20th June in aid of the Trussell Trust!

Strong Island Recordings, Pie & Vinyl, Honeymooner and other local promoters/businesses have teamed up to put together a brilliant lineup which will see performances from Ban Summers, Barbudo, Tom Bryan, Ugly, Hussy, Lime, Tugboat Captain and more!

Various Interstellar Food Drive’s have taken place in Southsea over the past couple of years to raise food/money for Portsmouth food banks and have brought together some of the best in local and touring artists for the cause.

Food bank usage had been rising at alarming rates anyway but Covid-19 has seen an even sharper increase in people needing to rely on the likes of Trussell Trust for food and due to this pressure, they need your help more than ever.

The first online Interstellar Food Drive will take place on the 20th June from 12PM (UK Time) and you can watch the event via Strong Island Records Youtube channel which can be found here and you can donate via their Facebook post here.
