This is hands down one of the best tracks you will hear this year.
‘Comedy Gold‘ is the opening track from Nottingham post-punk band Do Nothing‘s debut EP ‘Zero Dollar Bill’ that was released a few weeks ago. Once the track really gets going it’s tension filled and has a certain urgency to it. The guitars are like clockwork, the vocals are expressive/changeable and the frenzied bassline just adds to ‘Comedy Gold’s intensity.
Their EP ‘Zero Dollar Bill‘ is also brilliant, so if you like this (or even if you don’t) you should give that a listen as well.
