Track of the day #526: October Drift – Losing My Touch

Having recently signed to Physical Education Records (ran by Justin Lockey of Editors) October Drift are back with a spruced up version of live favourite ‘Losing My Touch‘. The track has gained a certain rawness, even qualities to it that are reflective of the bands live performances. ‘Losing My Touch’ combines October Drift’s urgency with epic, distortion drenched guitar parts alongside stripped back, more vulnerable verses.

October Drift have just announced an autumn UK tour with the promise of new tracks and dates as follows:

29th September – Cavern, Exeter
30th September – Junction, Plymouth

1st October – Moles, Bath
4th October – Night & Day Cafe, Manchester
6th October – Bootleg Social, Blackpool
10th October – Portland Arms, Cambridge
12th October – Met Lounge, Peterborough
14th October – Sugarmill, Stoke
15th October – Cookie, Leicester
