Track of the day #521: Dutch Criminal Record – Fade Away

The South Coast’s favourite indie, surf-pop band Dutch Criminal Record have returned with their latest track ‘Fade Away‘. The track has a pleasing combination of intertwined, jangly guitar melodies as well as a summery, nostalgic warmth to it. ‘Fade Away’ is a track about feeling like, exactly that, fading away when feeling lonely and isolated. Dutch Criminal Record are currently in the middle of a summer packed with gigs and have a huge headline gig at the Wedgewood Rooms coming up to end the summer.

You can catch them at the following gigs across the summer/rest of the year:

10th August – The Bandstand, Southsea – headline w/ Frankie Knight and Station 47
30th August – Wedgewood Rooms, Portsmouth – headline w/ Pioneers and Lobster Pot

27th September – Winchester’s Indoor Music Festival – w/ Mystery Jets and more

12th October – Wedgewood Rooms – supporting Flowvers
