Track of the day #515: TARA – Wander

This latest track from Brooklyn’s TARA isn’t your average shoegaze track. ‘Wander‘ has clear influences from the genre but it has a groove that keeps it afloat and is truly unique to TARA’s sound making it an upbeat, but still relaxing track. Other than the almost ambiguous vocal delivery, it’s pretty much instrumental with luscious melodies intertwining and moving with the atmospherics throughout. It picks up throughout as well with buildups that, although still within its ambience, wouldn’t go amiss on the dance floor. ‘Wander is the second of five tracks set to be released from TARA over the coming months.
