Instrumental: Jesse Woolston – Ava Transforms

Taken from his latest EP ‘NOVA’, ‘Ava Transforms‘ is the latest out-of-this-world piece of cinematic instrumental music from New Zealand based multimedia artist and composer Jesse Woolston. This piece is a rescore of a scene from the 2015 film Ex Machina. ‘Ava Transforms’ is a slightly unsettling piece that starts off with waves of drones, lengthy string use and somewhat robotic, industrial clicks and sounds. It builds tension slowly but surely before trailing off to a more peaceful, delicate end.
