‘Lá-Haut‘ is the latest nu-disco, instrumental piece from Parisian six-piece L’Impératrice (ENG: The Empress) taken from their forthcoming debut album Matahari which is set for release in early April. It’s a bubbly, kinetic piece which definitely doesn’t outstay its welcome. ‘Lá-Haut’ starts off with repetitive, lively melodies which eventually inter-join with space-like elements and weighty basslines that have their own moments to shine towards the end of the track.
Matahari, the debut album from L’Impératrice is set for release on 5th April 2019 and the band have two upcoming London dates as follows:
16th January – Village Underground, London [Sold Out]
2nd May – Heaven, London
