Track of the day #471: Simple Fiction – FEEL

Simple Fiction have returned with their third and final single of 2018, ‘Feel‘ and it’s probably their strongest offering yet. On this track, the Guildford/London band have combined influences from all corners of indie-rock music and pulled it together creating their own mammoth sound. ‘Feel’ is riff-laden and driven with a melancholic edge dispersed throughout the track.

Speaking of the track, Simple Fiction have said: “‘FEEL’ vocalizes the emotions that come with the pressure of an unsatisfying job and the anxiety of new environments. The lyrical themes centre around the claustrophobic nature of city life and its routine. Its addictive guitar riff and its honest and nostalgic vocal hooks will get the audience singing along before they know the song.”
