Ambitious and witty from the track-name upwards, this latest track from US trio Recalculating combines some fairly obvious influences in the progress of creating something pretty unique. The humorously named ‘I Just Googled Myself‘ has an effortless feel to it, almost scrappy but organised. With a monologue-style vocal delivery telling a story, it’s tongue-in-cheek but in a punk manner.
