Fresh: Cagework – Good Ideas

Starting off as a solo-project by then Cornwall based musician Samuel Bedford, Cagework became a fully-fledged four piece band after his move to London last year. The band released their first single ‘Simmer’ back in April but have already returned with their latest offering ‘Good Ideas‘. It certainly lives up to its name because that’s exactly what it is full of! The track combines melodic guitars but with a punk twist, especially regarding the vocals. ‘Good Ideas’ has already received support from both Huw Stephens and Rough Trade, deservedly, and I’m pretty sure this won’t be the last you’ll be hearing from Cagework.
