Fresh: Akiva – Ammunition

Already said to be a must-hear track for fans of Kasabian and The Killers, Akiva return from the success of their previous track ‘M.O.D.’ with their most recent offering, ‘Ammunition‘. The track provides a social commentary on poignant issues in an upbeat manner, brandishing important messages throughout. The robust, roaming bassline though out the track adds to ‘Ammunition’s hypnotic side. It’s confident, in your face and a very powerful track all around.

Speaking of the track, Dave MacKenzie of the band has said: “This track drives at the heart of the decision makers in positions of power, who take lethal decisions with little care of the consequences. Arms deals, corruption, dictators and Orwellian never-ending wars of propaganda stoked the fires for ‘Ammunition’.”
