Track of the day #252: Beaches – Void

I keep finding tracks this week and thinking “this is the best thing I’ve heard for a while…”, but none of them have rung as true as ‘Void’, the latest track by Beaches. Complete with industrial, hypnotic guitars, general fuzzy-ness and near-indecipherable vocals, ‘Void’ is complete organised chaos in the best sense possible. ‘Void’ is (ironically) definitely not void of anything, filled to the brim with noise throughout every second.
Beaches are a Melbourne based psychedelic rock band whose double album ‘Second Of Spring is set for release on 8th September.
