Reverend & The Makers announce 6th album!

The band’s 6th album ‘The Death Of A King’ is set to be released via Cooking Vinyl on 22nd September.

The first track taken from Reverend & The Makers upcoming album ‘The Death Of A King’, ‘Too Tough To Die’ was premiered on the Steve Lamacq Show last week.

The video for ‘Too Tough To Die’ is extracted from a film following success of their previous album ‘Mirrors’ in which they departed to Jamaica.

Speaking of the album, Jon McClure has said: We loved the recording abroad thing after the last album. Gives the albums a flavour of their own and so we thought we’d give Thailand a try, take the family and all that. It had finally got back to that big collective I’d always wanted to create.”

“Having long since given up the notion of being number One, we resolved to just make tunes we liked. I’m 35. I have a new set of concerns . I see the world in a different way now so I’m trying to be true to who I am today.”

You can preorder ‘The Death Of A King’ by Reverend & The Makers and get their latest single ‘Too Tough To Die’ upon purchase.
