Track of the day #231: Imperial Daze – All On Me

Imperial Daze – All On Me

You’d never tell that ‘All On Me‘ is Imperial Daze‘s debut track. It’s a solid, jaunty indie-psych-pop track that showcases the sound of a band with at least a few singles under their belts. The London-based band, hailing from different corners of the globe including Argentina and France, took to Rupert Jarvis (The Maccabees) Elephant & Castle studios to record ‘All On Me’.

‘All On Me’ is playful in ways, even lyrically, it’s also clever and addictive. The track can be fairly seductive too with its tense bassline’s and husky vocals. ‘All On Me’ clouds over as the track ends, but I for one am definitely in want of more and excited to hear more from the band. Imperial Daze are very much a band to keep an eye on in the future.

You can catch Imperial Daze at The Great Escape later this month.
