Track of the day #167: Glass Arcades – Tedium

Glass Arcades were one of the first bands we wrote about back in January 2016 with their track ‘Single Forms‘. After a year of lying low, the Cardiff based, dream-pop/shoegaze band are back with their latest release ‘Tedium‘.

‘Tedium’ is rather lo-fi from start to finish and full of fuzz. Despite being less than two minutes long, the track is jam-packed full of jangly melodies and dreamy vocals. ‘Tedium’ is warm, atmospheric and fairly experimental throughout, at least anything but its namesake!

You can download ‘Tedium’ as part of ‘Decay’ by Glass Arcades via Bandcamp or listen to it below via Soundcloud.
