3 Bands You Cannot Miss at Common People – Southampton


Here is our guide on our must-see bands playing at this years Common People festival across the Southampton leg of the festival. Common People Festival is a family friendly festival which takes place in both Southampton and Oxford this year over the weekend of the 28th/29th May 2016. The festival expanded from Southampton after a very successful event last year to also be held in Oxford this year.

The festival features many favourites plus many not so well known bands as well as lots of local bands. The full line-up for Common People Southampton can be found by clicking here, but first here are three bands that you definitely cannot miss across the weekend!

Kassassin Street

When? Sunday 29th at 19:35 on the Uncommon Stage

The Wytches

When? Sunday 29th at 22:00 on the Uncommon Stage

Brighton based psychedelic come surf come metal band The Wytches raw and powerful live performances are not one to be missed.

Bel Esprit

When? Saturday 28th at 17:25 on the Uncommon Stage.

Bel Esprit are a Southampton based alternative, indie-rock band. The band were also our track of the day a few months ago with latest single ‘Leave Me Here’.
