London quartet Stereo Honey are back with their latest track ‘My Darkness‘, an anthemic, cinematic offering which deals with self-destructive tendencies in relationships. If you’ve heard anything else by Stereo Honey, ‘My Darkness’ is an unsurprisingly intense track for the band. The chorus has the catchiness of a pop-track but with an epic amount of depth and epic, thunderous percussion which drives the track.
Speaking of the track, Stereo Honey’s lead singer and lyricist Pete has said:”It’s about getting lost with someone in love. Asking someone to be there when you’re at your worst. “Can I have you in my darkness” is asking a person if they’ll be there in the pits of those times.”
This release also comes with news of Stereo Honey’s brand new EP ‘Ladders To The Sun’ which is said to kick off 2020 with their debut LP expected towards the end of 2020.
Stereo Honey have two live dates next month and will play the following supporting FLOR:
11th December – Deaf Institute, Manchester
12th December – The Dome, London
