Kicking the year off with a bang, Coventry based quintet Feet are back with their first track of the year, the aptly named ‘English Weather‘. Satirical, sarcastic lyrics dominate the track giving it its humour alongside summery, rotating melodies.
‘English Weather’ was conceived during the bands affectionately named “Barn Sessions” which occurred between the band’s summer shows and festival dates, setting up studio in a barn in Bedfordshire. Feet played their inaugural ‘FEET-FEST’ to thanks the farmers and locals for their patience whilst the band were recording.
Speaking of the video, Feet have said: “The setting for the vid is the famed Solent Breezes of Hampshire, the band’s official Brexit hideaway of late 2018. For any further advice on how to crumble decades of well-respected inclusion into the Breezes community, speak to Oli and Harry and use the code words ‘In Rainbows Massacre’”.
