Blood Red Shoes return with forthcoming album news and brand new single 'Mexican Dress'.The long-awaited return from the band follows a burn out for the duo after the release of their 2014 self-titled, self-released album but the four years in between have given the band a new zest for life.

Speaking of the album, Steven Ansel of the band has said: “We got the to the end of the fourth record and were like, ‘F**k you, I never want to see you again’. The reason we called it Get Tragic is because we realised that everything we’ve been doing over the last three years is kinda tragic! Just like, ‘Ooh, I hate you, I’m going to America to find myself’, and like ‘Ooh, I’m gonna party for the rest of the year!’ Everything about it is such a cliché – we were like, ‘We’ve turned into a f**kin tragedy!’”

Pre-orders for Blood Red Shoes, ‘Get Tragic’ are available from the band’s website which can be found here and the first taster from the album, ‘Mexican Dress’ can be heard below.
