Moving on from chirpy indie-rock on their single ‘Lose My Mind’ to something a bit more heartfelt on ‘Follow The Sun’ last year and now finding themselves combining various influences on the darker ‘Red Weather‘. Bel Esprit are very clearly honing in their craft. That being writing non-standard, indie rock tracks with a difference. ‘Red Weather‘ shows this perfectly managing to combine everything they’ve done well so far but with a heavier edge to it. There’s a sense of urgency throughout ‘Red Weather’ which is conveyed through a whole manner of hectic, fuzzy guitars and fiery riffs.
