About to set out on their own huge headline tour having sold out dates such as The Albert Hall, Manchester and King Tuts, Glasgow, what better time than to release a new single? Manchester based, electro doom-pop band The Slow Readers Club have been steadily gaining pace having released two albums and become firm favourites on the festival circuit. ‘Lunatic‘, the latest offering from the band showcases everything that the band does best, but is even more anthemic than usual. Combining bubbling synths with powerful melodies and strong choruses, The Slow Readers Club have created something very familiar, yet still with a unique edge.
